The former Durango Paper mill site, located in St. Marys, has 550 acres capable of development. Besides rail and highway access, the site sits adjacent to the North River providing barge access from the site to the St Mary’s River which has the deepest channel on the southeast coast of the United States. There are no bridges or overhead restrictions to contend with and the Atlantic Ocean is less than 8 miles away.

The Kingsland Industrial Park is a 53 acre site adjacent to the St. Marys Railroad and Georgia State Highway 40. Located just 2 miles from Interstate 95, the industrial park has power and natural gas on site. Water and sewer services are also available.
