St. Marys RR Doodlebug #1180. This former Boston & Maine unit is what passenger service looked like in the late 1950’s on the SM.

St. Marys RR’s first diesel locomotive was #500, a General Electric 65 tonner. Train crews nicknamed it the “Goat”.
